"Public Art in Focus" Macro Photography Workshop with Richard Leung

The Association for Public Art (aPA) presents Public Art in Focus, a month-long series of photography workshops for all levels led by Philadelphia-based photographers. See the city's sculpture through a new lens!

MACRO PHOTOGRAPHY Led by RICHARD LEUNG 
September 24, 2016, 1-3pm, Horticulture Center

*Meet at front steps of Horticulture Center main building
Study the details of public artworks and learn techniques for macro and close-up photography. Smartphone or camera welcome! This workshop will be led by Richard Leung and hosted at Martin Puryear’s Pavilion in the Trees near the Horticulture Center. Tickets are $5 for aPA members and $15 for non-members. 

An avid nature lover, Richard Leung (@rlleung) has been photographing insects and other natural history subjects for over a decade. His photographs have appeared in field guides, academic publications, and magazines around the world.

This series is promoted in partnership with the Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy and supported by Apartment Investment and Management Company (Aimco).
